Hey, it’s Jermaine.

This is where I document my journey - a huge bonus if this lifts others up along the way.

I’ve built products and services with curiosity as my compass. I live in the intersection of ideas, talent, and capital - literally and figuratively. I’m a former founder with experience in ed-tech, logistics, CPG (toys), and more.

A few fun highlights:

• In 2017, I took a break from the private sector & worked as finance deputy in the California State Treasurer’s gubernatorial campaign.

• In 2020, I began a journey to eat 1,000 tacos and documented every single one of it.

• In 2022, I joined a team of super talented executive recruiters to head-hunt for VC/PE-backed & growth stage companies.

Currently, I am Running BizOps for a logistics business that primarily ships things between Asia and North America. We invest from our balance sheet in EV, Solar, Agriculture, Supply Chain, etc.

I love telling stories through videos and pictures, and I’m working on becoming a better writer.
